If you have conviction, you might have to bleed a little. Sweat a little. Cry a little. Stay up a little late. And you recognize that your success doesn’t belong to you. Your success belongs to all the people who are inspired by the contagiousness of it…”

Me? It’s about one thing. My passion.

I spent 38 years working for a Fortune 100 company, in an industry that enabled me to learn about many different kinds of business. The bulk of those years were in Leadership roles. True Leadership is more than a title. It is an art, that takes dedication and constant self assessment. I took that seriously. I loved rolling up my sleeves so I could get crystal clear on the environment - whether that be a client environment or the environment of a team I was leading. I loved leading and watching people rise to their potential. I am known for many things, but most commonly, people would describe me as unabashedly authentic, a strong listener, a motivator, a straight shooter. While I was an effective problem solver across my career, my preference was to "create" instead, based on my vision of what I truly believed was possible. Problem solving often tends to be a band-aid or quick fix. Creating is for keeps. I love to dream, and I tend to dream big. Some will tell you I regularly dream out loud.

I believe that every individual walking this earth has the power to succeed and excel at whatever is most important to them. And everything they need to do so, already resides within them. It is just a matter of bringing it to the surface.

Throughout my career, I have taught, coached and mentored many. Some were referred to me, and some sought me out by reputation. I found that coaching was the one thing I consistently looked forward to. Every time. Whether an individual or group setting. I loved to see that lightbulb go on in people’s minds. I loved to watch and celebrate the clarity that emerged, and the growth and success that followed. There is no better feeling than watching someone find their wings. Coaching became my passion and I’ve spent the last decade learning how to do it better. I’ve chosen to pursue it as my second career. I was granted an opportunity to have a “next phase” in this thing we call life, and I seized that with every ounce of my being.
And in this ‘next phase’ - I am here to help YOU.

The answers come from within — and I’m here to help you discover them.
